Amazon.com screwing me over with seller account – the employees of Amazon are keeping my hard earned money!
The employees of Amazon.com screwed me over and stole thousands of dollars from me by illegally closing my seller account and taking the monies owed to me.
Here is the exact email word for word that I sent to Amazon.com after they pulled an unecessary “review” for my very first account with them. It should be noted that I was doing a great job and selling well:
Thanks to your company and it’s so called reviewing policy, you’ve put me
and my family in a financial hardship. I started this web
business to supplement my income, not to feel as though I’m being pimped by
Amazon.com. I sent my products as I was suppose to and I should be paid
accordingly. I can’t tell my landlord I’m waiting for someone to actually do
there job in a timely manner and get my money to me.
I am highly disappointed and completely regret trusting your company, it’s
website and staff with my business. I complied and provided you with all the
information you requested to expedite this so called procedure and/or
policy. I don’t understand why you would freeze up my account for doing
well. If you wanted to know why, you can check my inventory. CSI-all the
seasons, electronics, Dexter seasons… my products sell themselves.

If your salary was on hold for you doing well at work for any amount of
time, you would be just as livid as I am or more.
I wish to have all money’s owed to me sent, promptly in a timely manner. I
feel cheated and robbed by your company and it’s ludicrous policies… all
of my customers have there products, I should have gotten paid, period. I’m
being punished by your company for selling well and that’s not fair to me at
all.
Someone, preferably someone who can actually help, needs to put there foot
on the gas with this situation and/or so called review of mine and send me
my monies owed, immediately. I don’t have two more weeks to wait on someone
over there to continue to dilly dally with my account on the clock. I have
bills due right now, I need my money as of last week so something has to
give.
I’m expecting some action on your behalf, my customers have there
product, I need my money *A.S.A.P.*! I should have just stuck with selling
on craigslist.org they don’t rob anyone or make them feel robbed nor do they
jerk people around about money owed to them. You want it you buy it, same
time, both parties satisfied, instead of Amazon having me irate over a
annoyingly foolish, outrageous review because
my products sell, that doesn’t even sound right.
I need to speak to someone who can actually help me resolve this and get my
money’s to me in a prompt, timely manner. Again, I have bills due and I’m
not going to be put out on the street because of Amazon and it’s absurd
policy to freeze accounts that are doing well. I appreciate a response, no I
would appreciate a resolution and hope to hear from you in a timely manner.
I won’t allow Amazon to put my family in a financial hardship due to money I
earned being withheld for me selling well, it makes no sense. Why would
anyone start a web business in the hopes it’s not successful enough for
Amazon to freeze it? I started my web business to supplement my income, to
make money and I have, so please expedite it to me, promptly. Simple as
that!

I have yet to receive my monies and they have now closed down my seller account for no reason. They won’t tell me why or anything and worst of all they gave my hard earned money back to the buyers. That should be illegal and theft. I may take them to court over this. Does anyone know any good attorneys that are willing to sue Amazon.com on a contingency basis?
