Wachovia Complaint – every time I am in Wachovia I wait in line for at least 25 minutes
I have been a long time customer of Wachovia and have really enjoyed the features they offer me such as free student checking, and the way2save program. However recently I have noticed a significant drop off in their customer service.
I was in Wachovia recently and spent a good 35-40 minutes waiting in line. They appeared to be understaffed and the employees they had working there were moving extremely slow. It was as if they weren’t motivated at all to get through the line of customers waiting. It was ridiculous.
This however was my first experience of waiting in line at Wachovia. I try to avoid the lunch time rush and Fridays if at all possible (Friday is usually when everyone gets paid). I am usually pretty busy and try to get in and out of there as fast as possible.
That just never seems to be the case though. For the last few months I have paid particularly close attention to how long I spend just trying to do some simple banking at Wachovia. I found that on average I spend a good 25 minutes in Wachovia every time I visit. Sometimes it’s even longer.
Frankly this is unacceptable. It shouldn’t take me that long to make a simple deposit or withdrawal from my bank account. Wachovia needs to do something about this soon because I am becoming very fed up with it. I have started looking into the options that other banks like Bank of America and BB&T have to offer.
Even if they offer the same advantages as Wachovia I can at least get in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I wouldn’t recommend Wachovia that is constantly on the go. Their slow customer service will slow you down for sure.
